Do Justly, Love Mercy, Walk Humbly
There you have it…the idea behind the Micah68life. Through this blog we will try to bring focus back to these three simple ideas: do justly, love mercy, and walk humbly. Maybe I’m just getting older and having to know everything isn’t as important to me anymore. I’m not interested in Biblical theories or conjecture or whose interpretation is correct. I guess I have come to understand that there are just some things that the Bible does not address directly and there are a great many things that I just plain don’t understand. And some other things, at least in this present life, I am not able to understand…and I am fine with that…I know the One who does. I am a just Christian trying to be about the Fathers business in all I do, but writing is not all I do. I own a home and have a family, I mow the lawn, do the laundry, cook dinner, build things and tear things down. You will read about many of these things here as well, but I hope it all boils down to the Micah68life…someone trying to do the right thing by being kind to those around me because that is what my Father would do.
So it begins….
